Who runs silaaimarkaz

silaaimarkaz is a tailoring marketplace operated by Evolvora Technologies in Lahore, Pakistan. We connect customers with Tailors. For privacy questions, or to have your account removed, write to support@silaaimarkaz.com.

What we collect

We collect only what the marketplace needs to work. In practice that is:

• Your name, email address and phone number, so an order has someone to reach.
• Your password, stored only as a scrambled value we cannot read or reverse. If you sign in with Google, we never see a password at all.
• Your home location — a map pin, and the city worked out from it — used to show Tailors near you. You choose whether to set it.
• Your body measurements, saved so you do not re-enter them for every order.
• Photos you upload: a profile picture, shop cover photos if you are a Tailor, and any dress design you share with a Tailor.
• Your orders, the prices agreed, and the messages between you and the other side of an order.
• Payment records — the amount, whether it succeeded, and a reference from the payment provider. We never see or store your card or wallet credentials.
• A notification token for your browser or phone, if you turn notifications on, so we can deliver them.
• Basic technical information that any server receives, such as your IP address, kept briefly for security and to find faults.

Why we collect it

To create and protect your account, show you Tailors near you, carry an order from quote to delivery, let the two sides of an order talk, take payment where an advance is required, notify you when something happens, and investigate fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who else can see it

Other users see only what an order needs. A Tailor you order from sees your name, your measurements for that order, any design photo you share, and your messages. A Tailor cannot see your exact home pin, your email or your other orders. Customers browsing the marketplace see a Tailor's shop details, not their private information.

We also use these companies to run the service. Each one only handles what its job requires:

• Supabase — stores the database and your uploaded photos, and powers live chat updates.
• Render — runs the application server.
• Cloudflare — serves the website.
• JazzCash — processes payments. Your payment credentials go to them, not to us.
• Google Firebase — delivers notifications to Android phones.
• Our email provider — sends verification and password-reset emails.
• Google — if you choose to sign in with Google, it confirms your email address to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and its data while your account exists. Orders, payment records and messages are kept after an order finishes, because they are the record of a real transaction and may be needed for a dispute, a refund or tax purposes.

When you ask us to delete your account we remove your personal details and your photos. We may keep a minimal record of past transactions where we are required to, with your personal details stripped out.

Your choices

You are in control of the following, from inside the app:

• Your name, phone number, profile photo and measurements can be changed or removed at any time.
• Your home location is optional, and you can clear it.
• Notifications are off until you turn them on, and can be turned off again in settings or in your browser or phone settings.
• To have your account deleted, email support@silaaimarkaz.com from the address on the account. There is no delete button in the app yet, so we do this for you by hand, and we will confirm when it is done.

How we protect it

Traffic between the app and our server is encrypted. Passwords are stored scrambled, never in readable form. Access to the database is restricted to the application. Measurements and photos are private to you and the Tailor you choose to share them with.

No service can promise perfect security. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will tell you.

Children

silaaimarkaz is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. A parent may order on a child's behalf, including saving that child's measurements, which stay under the parent's account.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you in the app or by email rather than only changing this page.
